Experienced immediate results!
I have only enthusiastic praise for this recumbent bike — well made, and of great quality as well as easy to assemble from the enclosed well-written instructions and clear artistic drawings (my husband thanks you Teeter!!). The bike makes this 76 year old feel “almost young again!!!” It is so quiet and my activity on the bike actually feels effortless. I had been using a treadmill and not getting adequate results for my arms and core. This bike is exactly what I was looking for in terms of “total body” exercise and for the ease of motion and physical exertion. Believe me, I could tell the difference in my muscle tone and energy level for the first time after exercising for only 30-35 minutes and that was without subsequent soreness or pain. I might add that this bike has adjustments that will benefit anyone of any age and satisfactorily allow the user to achieve his or her level of conditioning.

Clear assembly instructions.
Great product, smooth and quiet operation. Teeter should add a light to the console. Otherwise this a nice machine easy to get a good workout.

Easy and enjoyable to use. Seat is up high. Need to step over the frame to sit on the high seat.
I find the the Teeter LT3 enjoyable to use.I however have a few concerns. 1. For me, the seat is approximately 30 inches off the floor. 2. To sit on the seat, I must climb over the 12 inch high frame. There is not much space between foot pedals and the frame so I am essentially having to straddle a distance of 23 inches to be able to sit on the elevated seat. I will try and see if I am comfortable lowering the seat.I did purchase the cushion that was associated with the Teeter LT3. I’m glad I did as the seat is hard.I know the seat does not swivel, am not sure if someone else would be able to get on the seat easier..I am not able to at this time. The above may appear that I do not like this product. I do like it and feel it will be extremely helpful to me. I just am extremely careful getting on the Teeter and feel this is a safety issue. I was surprised that I received the Teeter LT3 one day after ordering. I did watch a u tube video finding that extremely helpful. It took approximately two hours to unpack and put the Teeter LT3 together, with 2 people.I am 5′ 7″. Obviously the seat would be lower to the ground on a shorter person. Seat is easily lowered etc.I did not have any pain or pulling on my shoulder or leg/knee joints during or after using. I am looking forward to using the Teeter LT3. Seemed to be quiet. After I purchased the Teeter LT3, it was advertised for a lower price, I contacted the company and the price was honored. Awesome. When I purchased the Teeter LT3, I would have been responsible for returning at my cost.. so I would certainly think carefully about this item. I would like to have been able to see this set up. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase.I do not know the accuracy of the odometer reading. It says that I had gone 2 miles in under 30 minutes at a slow/ low resistance pace.I did give it a 4 star because of the seat height and having to straddle the base. The Teeter LT3 is extremely sturdy and I do believe is an awesome product.

Worth Every Penny!!!
I Love my Recumbent Cross Trainer Stepper! I got exposed to a more expensive unit in PT and had to have one but didn’t want to spend that kind of money. Had my fingers crossed when I chose this model but the research kept proving positive, right down to the very ball bearings that provide smooth quiet motion and will add longevity. The unit is sturdy, well constructed and operates closely to the unit in PT. With the extra handle bar adjustments it may even provide better upper body exercise options. After getting quite an education researching considerations, I’m convinced this was the right solution for me. Hint: It does take 2+ hours to put together and fine tune, just follow the directions and be patient. It’s worth the outcome. Wish I’d gotten mine sooner!!

Quality product
I bought this to use post surgery for my at home cardio rehab and beyond. After looking at several options, I decided on this one, and I’m so glad that I did. This is a heavy, well made, quality product that is built to last. I like that it has a console screen and a place for the phone or tablet, and water bottles. There are various settings and options for workouts, and will accommodate up to four user inputs. The most amazing thing to me was how quiet it is. There is hardly any noise at all. This is as good as what I used at the rehab gym, and doesn’t cost near as much as their machines.About the assembly: My husband put it together in about 1-1/2 hours. The directions were straight forward, and the pieces were easy to put together. The main body is in one piece, so it’s a matter of assembling the attachments that make up the rest of the platform, the front, i.e. the console deck and handle bars, plus the seat assembly. The only problem that I’ve had is that the seat adjustment is a bit difficult to lower (quite easy to raise). My husband had to adjust that for me. I’m 5’4” and weigh 108#. The seat and handle bars adjusted to fit me well. I like the workouts, and have tried several of the programs.I do recommend getting the Teeter Mat to go underneath the machine. It will protect the floors and stabilize the machine if you have hard floors. It does have wheels on the back to make it moveable, however it is very heavy (110#) to lift from the front and roll around. I would recommend that you set up the machine where you intend to use it, and not have to move it around a lot.

I got my machine and my husband and a friend put it together in 2 hours. So I started using it 3 days ago.It is a very well made machine and strong. Right now my right foot is not up to par yet as at the end of April /24 I broke 3 major bones in my right foot, so in May/24 I had 2 foot surgeries to repair the broken bones. I still have pain with that foot. So I ordered foot extenders to stabilize my feet on the elliptical, which I think it should be provided with the elliptical machine. But over all the elliptical is smooth and very quiet. So far I am doing quite well with it.

We debated in the FreeStep for months and finally decided to buy it. We couldn’t be happier! It’s a great all over body workout and we feel so good after we’ve worked out. We’ve had other cardio machines and weren’t happy with them, but we couldn’t be happier with our FreeStep. We want to workout and we enjoy our workouts which is half the battle! Highly recommended!
