Perfect at home workout
I just recently started working on my weight loss and also trying to build muscle. I live in a small town and don’t have easy access to a gym so I wanted to get something to workout at home. This pull-up bar was a perfect addition to my equipment.I could not be more satisfied with how simple it was getting this assembled. I am also super grateful it comes with these super adhesive blocks that go behind the bars on the door frame. It helps prevent damage to the door frame after continuous use. Another feature I love is that there are three different points of pull-ups you can do. You have the middle handles, the two handles that stick out, and the ones near the edge of the bar.It is also an excellent push-up bar as well. It is very simple to take off the door frame and put it on the floor. I am not the lightest person in the world, and this bar supports my full weight after continuous use. I use it every night and it has not beveled on me once.A very good and sturdy piece of at-home gym equipment.
fast delivery and it worked just fine. i recommend. –
quick build and strong
i build the pull up bar pretty quick using the instructions and the tool. although i don’t recommend the tool provided, it did the job just fine. i am 6 foot and 180 lbs. for taller guys like me, a doorway isn’t high enough so i can’t fault the designers however it holds my weight easily and doesn’t feel flimsy. i was also worried about marking the doorway or the wall and so far no marks or damage. i have had no issues or concerns with this product and i recommend it for anyone trying to work on pull-ups. everytime i walk by i knock a few out and i don’t even have to go to the gym or buy and entirely pull up bar stand. very practical, i recommend.

Well made
Solid piece of equipment and overall a great addition to any home gym. It’s made with thickened steel, making it feel incredibly sturdy and durable, and it confidently supports up to 440 lbs as advertised. The bar installs easily in a doorway and stays secure during workouts, making it perfect for upper-body exercises like pull-ups, chin-ups, and hanging leg raises. While the overall quality is great, one drawback is the grip pads. They start to show wear and tear fairly quickly, especially with regular use. The padding is comfortable at first, but it doesn’t hold up as well over time, which might mean having to replace or adjust them eventually.Despite this issue, the bar itself is excellent and performs reliably. For the price, it’s a good buy, especially if you want a sturdy, high-capacity pull-up bar for home use. Just keep in mind the grip pads might not last as long as the rest of the bar.

Does the job well
Easy to “install” and remove to various locations if desired. Sturdy. Holds weight well. Can adjust to height that is best for user. Pack away easily when not in use if you don’t want to keep it in doorway. Holds well, does not appear to slip when in place.

Good item for the price.
I purchased this item for my daughter who loves working out. Between her school and dance schedule, she doesn’t have much time to do anything else, no matter how hard she tries to get to the gym. I purchased her a few different work out equipment pieces but this is her favorite. This bar is easy to install in her doorway and is sturdy despite the quick and easy installation. Defiantly worth the price.

Easy to put together
This was easy to put up, is very sturdy. It is comfortable to do the pulls up in the bar because of the padding in the design.

Be careful
The pull up bar is great very sturdy and they include rubber squares to protect against damage on door frame. Although it may loosen up the top frame and end up breaking off. Honestly just make sure it is sturdy and a good frame to do it on. It can lead to serious injury. (like my own). Easy installing it’s nice honestly just a little dangerous

Its value outweighs its price.
I bought this about a year and a month ago. It’s been the best investment I have made in terms of strength training for the price I have ever made.I live in MN, which means doing pull-ups at a park in the middle of the winter is definitely not ideal. It’s so much better to be able to just set up the pull-up bar in seconds and do pull-ups from my home. It’s good quality. I also use it for push-ups. The way I do the pushups is by flipping it upside down and putting my hands on the arches, going down slowly, pausing at the bottom, and exploding up. It gets me into that hypertrophy range doing it this way rather than cranking out hundreds of push-ups. What is nice about doing push-ups this way is that you are actually going lower than you would from a standard push-up. So it is like a deep stretch push-up.If you are looking to do bodyweight exercises, this is a product I would 100% recommend getting.

This pull up bar is a really good add on to your house. It is perfect for short people because it fits perfectly in a doorway and just right for the height. If you are someone that is tall it might not be the best choice because it doesn’t go very much higher than the doorway. Another pros factor for this product is, it is a very stable material and has no problem holding up heavy people. Although the installation is really easy, the manual could be done a little easier to understand or less confusing.Overall, I think this is a safe product to use and worth every penny you spend!

I’m really enjoying using the pull up bar even though I’m really useless at it I can feel improvements in my strength already. It fits well in my door frame. It was delivered quicker than expected, however I’m lucky it didn’t get stolen as the delivery company put it several feet in front of my door in full view of anyone who happened to walk past, leaving it in a discreet place would have been more sensible.

Easy to assemble, I added washers to each outside bolts so they won’t start grinding into the metal. Very well built, sturdy. If you just hang from this device it instantly re-aligns your back and disks, I can hear everything click into place. No pain, just feels great ! And of course you can do pull-ups on it and push ups, it has two places to choose from for your door frame. Recommend this product, it is well built !

The Ally Peaks pull-up bar is a solid addition to my home workout routine! It’s easy to install in the doorway, and the thickened steel construction gives me confidence that it can support intense workouts. So far, it’s been holding up well during my sessions. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as I’d hoped. While it’s secure and functional for now, I sometimes question its long-term durability. That said, it’s been great for upper body workouts, and it definitely does the job.Overall, this is a good choice for anyone looking for a convenient, effective pull-up bar for home workouts. Recommended with a bit of caution on the sturdiness!
