Great Product, Great Price, Great Safety!!!
I bought this for a rental property tenant that is coming home from an extended hospital stay with new mobility issues. It will be difficult for him to get in and out of the house to the garage to get in an SUV.The entrance to the house is approximately 10 inches from the ground, so I bought a 10 foot ramp. The lip of the ramp has two holes to make it easy to anchor the ramp to the door threshold concrete. There are comments questioning the durability, because the bounce at the center joint of the ramp. Cinderblocks removed the bounce and provides a very sturdy/secure transport. AWESOME PRODUCT!!!

sturdy enough.
Works great for what we need. We did have to put some bricks to brace under the bracket where it folds in half because it does tend to bend pretty bad. Great product for the price though.

Good ramp
Ramp works good. It is a little difficult to set up because it’s very heavy and I did have to put cinder blocks under the middle because it does want to flex and makes for it to feel unsteady when pushing a person up with a wheelchair. But once I put the cinder blocks underneath, it felt much sturdier. Good quality for the price.

Broken Hinge within 3 months of use
We needed this ramp to get our daughter who lives in her wheelchair down one step from the house to the garage for transport. The pin came loose from its hinge as the soldering of the pin broke under stress from proper use. Luckily the caregiver was walking down the ramp alone and my daughter was not hurt. We called the maker Titan Distributors on the same day it broke which was three months after purchase, and they made us send pictures, in two different emails. The next day we received a call from Titan stating that their warranty department would refund us $20 to get the ramp (a $394 value) repaired. Titan Distributors is a very unprofessional company who does not stand by their product. Asking a family with a disabled child to pick up one of their defective 10 ft ramps and take it to be repaired, without concern for the defect in their product that could have caused extreme bodily injury is unconscionable. My advice…NEVER use this company for anything and do not buy any of their ramps. In addition – I have been an aficionado of Amazon for years and have used their marketplace for hundreds of items as a Prime Member. Amazon displayed very ineffective customer service and I remain extremely dissapointed in their many contradictory exchanges with us and their lack of concern about defective products that their third party sellers offer. Their A to Z guarantee is useless in situations like this. I feel like Amazon was a part of our family and now I feel very disillusioned with their lack of support for me — a customer who had held them in high regard and had spent a great sum of money with them.

Great customer service/ great value for cost
Customer Service after the sale – easy 6 star on a 5 star rating. Reached out with couple questions and was immediately addressed promptly and courteously. I work in home health with licensed professionals and received their approval of my purchase to meet the needs. For Sturdiness that gets 4 star but that’s only because it is 10 ft long so it is a little shaky in the middle but we definitely tested it out with several hundred pounds and did not feel concerned, we needed the extra length to meet the need so we just added a Jack stand under the fold for added stability since this is quite new to us. The Value for money is 5star. We couldn’t build it for the cost and the portability is a plus for future needs in our industry and community.

Nice ramp with modifications
After installing ramp, it was a little shaky and bouncie. I secured it with a brace (make from 2x4s) under the middle of the ramp and also securing the upper edge by drilling two more holes and securing with screws. Obviously I intend the ramp to be permanent. I works great for a 96yr old with a walker.Only problem was the non skid patches were torn, but a little glue and problem solved.

Life saver
Husband has a degenerative disease & in a matter of days was not able to use stairs. Had to use a wheelchair but have several stairs to get out of the house. Found this ramp on Amazon, arrived quickly & I was able to install it myself. It is heavy but manageable & screws down to stabilize. I’m a 73 yr. old lady & able to install it. Husband can now safely leave the house.

Since the hinges are attached by aluminum rivets and are very weak I assume the poor packaging lead to this damage
The packaging was very inferior. The cardboard box was torn open on both ends. The quality of the ramp is inferior as well. When I opened the box one of the hinges connecting the two sides of the ramp was broken off. Since the hinges are attached by aluminum rivets and are very weak I assume the poor packaging lead to this damage. I drilled out the broken rivets and installed new ones. I then installed the ramp on the steps leading into my house from my garage. Although the ramp is rated at 600 lbs. I believe it would collapse under that weight. My wife weighs 135 lbs. and uses a walker. The ramp is not rigid and bounces up and down several inches when she uses it. Very unsafe for a handicapped person.
