Heavy duty, compact, portable, stylish
I am so happy with this scooter and I wish that more people would discover it and let it to improve their quality of life.I bought this for my 76 yo mom who has very limited mobility requiring a walker just to move around her house. She had a stroke and cannot walk far distances even with a walker. Maybe 2 blocks max with a lot of effort.USE IN SMALL SPACES- very nimble… the scooter can turn 360 degrees in place- small size… can easily maneuver in a normal sized hotel room. Fits through normal sized doors- can maneuverable through tight spaces… can take this chair into restaurants and roll right up to dining table- taken it through the Pike Place Market in Seattle which has tight spacesTRAVELING ON PLANES- much easier process than I imagined. We recently few Hawaiian Airlines and this was the process. The airline has the requirements online but basically it falls within size and battery guidelines. There is one form you need to fill out to bring to ticket counter. Ticket counter fills out another form for u to take on the plane and give to flight attendant. My mom was able to go through security on the scooter and she rode all the way to cabin door. We removed the battery and carried it on board. The scooter was checked at the door. And we picked up the scooter at the cabin door exit and she was able to ride out of the airport with it.- advice I got from the manufacture was that to inspect the scooter right at the cabin door in case there are damages during the flight and notify the airline right away, but we didn’t experience any damagesOTHER PLUSES- powerful: can go fast and up inclines- battery lasts a long time- battery can be charged at any outlet- sturdy- stylish- quiet- compact when folded- fits in a trunk of a camry and jeep wrangler- customer service reps are super duper knowledgeable and are very helpfulYOU SHOULD BE AWARE- it’s weight. 59 lbs total, 50ish with battery removed. I am able to lift it and place it in a trunk, but it would be too heavy for my mom

Easy to travel with
I loved everything about this chair, I brought this Whill F power chair to go on a group trip to Dubai back in March of this year it was absolutely great it folds easily the battery lasted the whole day the only tiny negative I have is the space on the seating is very small and going through the airline it got a lot of scratches and dents I hope the company comes up with better solutions I would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

Close But No Cigar
EDIT BELOW-We have been on the fence on purchasing a Whill product since the day we found out about this company and its products. The main roadblock, like for most who are interested in Whill, is the price and no insurance assistance. We pulled the trigger and purchased this as a tester. Being that it was cheaper than the preferred Ci2 and more portable for quick trips around town. But the one thing we were worried about was that it didn’t look like the user could transfer from the device to a separate chair or toilet without assistance. So without a test drive available in our area, we purchased and crossed our fingers. Hoping we would be able to find a way to use the device. Unfortunately, that was not the case.My wife is unable to transfer properly without assistance. Which takes away from her independence.Unlike the Ci2, the arms on the device do not move up and out of the way for transferring purposes.Even on a manual wheelchair, the arms come off for such purposes.Today is our second night with the device and we will test it out a bit more. But so far, her only complaint is not being able to transfer. Which bums her out because she says it feels so much better than her Pride Go-Chair. Better, both in sitting and emotional feel. She really likes it.I do hope that Whill can consider this in their next Fi model. It’s not like it’s impossible. Just make the part where the arms go into the sides, lower and closer to the seat so the user can get over the side. And make the remote easy to move out of the way. The non-remote side comes close to being able to do this. But if you have to transfer on the remote side, there is no way to do this. At least not that we can see so far. More testing to come.If tonight’s testing doesn’t go well, then we will be returning this and looking at options to get the Ci2.If it does, then I should be updating this review to 5 stars (pending). It was easy to assemble and takes up less space in our house than the Pride. it feels sturdy enough. We both would love to take this on plane trips as the folding / disassembly is less frustrating than a 3-piece device. Especially since loading into the back of the car has proven to be less of a pain.If we can just figure out the transferring from and to the device without assistance then we’d make this a keeper and be so happy.EDIT:So we have had this product for about a week now. We have taken it out on multiple outings. And we have decided to keep it. I am not changing the review from 4 stars, being that in order to use the restroom to transfer to a toilet while out and about is not the most ideal and needs to be fixed. But beyond that, my wife loves this device. A lot of pluses beyond her Pride Go-Chair. The charging lasts longer, placing it in the back of a vehicle is much quicker as well as lighter, the ride is smoother, the style is more appealing, the support on her legs is much better (not longer has to worry about her legs being spread apart), the seat is more comfortable. The only bad part is the arms not moving out of the way for easy transfer. I want to give this device 5 stars so bad. But this really needs to be fixed and I would like Whill to know that this is the only issue we have with their wonderful device.
