This product came with good instructions and assembled easily. Made with quality parts and the lift motion is smooth, and elevates to a standing position. It moves easily similar to a hand truck. Features dual power option with both battery and ac power. The ac power cord also serves as the charger for the battery. The battery has a highly visible light which indicates the status of charging and charged. A friend who is a career fireman was extremely impressed. He said a good percentage of his job is lifting people who have fallen,and stated that this product fills a glaring need for an aging population who desire to age in place

This is amazing! I am a 70 year old woman and it was so simple to put together. It is made of a very sturdy metal and the weight limit is great. My husband and I are both big people but fit on it very securely. I tried it out after putting it together and I now have so much peace of mind that my husband can get up when he falls again. It is absolutely worth the money. I wish I could afford one for my mom and one for my mother-in-law.

Product came in and found it was broken. I sent a message and received a quick response. They worked with me through pictures to get a replacement part sent to replace the broken one. I received the part quickly.The customer service representative was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you Vicky.As for the lift it went together pretty quickly and the instructions were ease to follow. This has completely help my mom who has problems with her muscles and getting up and down from the floor, tub, etc.

Super Handy FS Lift
Do Not purchase this product because of poor product support. We have been trying to contact the parts supplier to no avail. Their phones are ALWAYS BUSY and they NEVER are available by email. We have been trying to reach them to get a linear actuator, which is the hydraulic lift mechanism, that works. Instead, they sent us a linear actuator that is defective. This product supposedly has a 1-year warranty. It is obvious that this company has NO INTENTION OF HONORING THIS WARRANTY. I encourage you to avoid this product at all cost.

This product can be a life saver for people with disabilities. The super Handy Electric lift has made a terrible situation 100 pct less stressful on the person who has fallen and the person who is assisting to safety in getting off the floor from a fall. The Customer Service Team has been extremely helpful answering my question and they are very educated on their products. I would not hesitate from purchasing any of their quality products in the future. I dealt with Eric and he stayed on the line with me untilmy issue was remedied.
