Amazing product and wonderful customer service
Never wrote. Review for anything but for this I felt like I should share my experience it might help others who are on the edge to decide whether they should buy it or not. I would say total buy it if your love one is partially disabled or bedridden or canât move around this this thing would be life saver for them. Also the best part of my experience was the interaction with the seller who is really kind and cooperative, I bought this for my disabled mom unfortunately didnât work for her because she is full disabled and too big for this and I was so nervous cuz I didnât know how to pack everything back I did my best but seller was very helpful and cooperative, not only they issued full refund but also kept me posted throughout the return process. I would say buy with full confidence if your love one need something like this without any hesitation, very easy assembly literally just have to put wheels on and very well made with solid materials.

Finally a lift we can use, and good customer service
This is the only lift that has worked for my relative. We needed one that gave him a sense of stability, as opposed to the hoyer lift which was terribly frightening., and other lifts which were either not effective, or were unable to place the patient in a chair with arms, especially a wheelchair. This lift works perfectly with the wheelchair. Also, we VERY much needed the commode feature, and for this alone we are grateful to have this lift.The motion is well tolerated, even by my relative who was very fearful of all the other methods. And it is so very important to be able to use the commode once again.The seller (xlinb) was very receptive to our concern about the first commode piece which was defective, and sent us two commode seats to replace it. Both the new pieces seem to be fine.It is also so much safer both for the patient and for the caregivers, for transfer into a chair.Before we tried this lift, we had almost given up on finding one that could help us, and we are so thankful that we got this one!

This was exactly what I needed
I donât do a lot of reviews. But I am an RN and my wife has cancer and MS and is disabled. I bought this based on reviews and the product specs, and I needed something that could be a portable hoyer lift. And so far it has been perfect. Transfers between bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to car, and bed to bedside commode are a piece of cake, even compared to much more expensive and complicated hoyer lifts I have used professionally. It folds up neatly and fits across the back seat of my car so that the wheelchair can go into the trunk. It is very stable and sturdy, with an easily adjustable base that can get very wide, and it seems that every aspect of use (such as the comfortable, thick round grips for her to hold while I lift her) are so well thought out that I canât see much that I can complain about. It is not for bariatric patients, as it has a limit of 280 lbs., but for most use cases it should do just fine. Hopefully its endurance will match its thoughtful design. I will post again about it if something if something comes up, but for now, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great Product for SUV
This lift has been a godsend. My mom got an infection and stopped walking so it became impossible to get into my full size SUV (previously she used a 2 step step stool). Using a wheelchair van service to physical therapy/doctor office was quickly adding up and the only other option was a Milford Person Lift (sling hoyer type device) which she didn’t like and cost thousands of dollars to install in SUV.Found this product on Amazon and couldn’t be more pleased. Easy to operate. No problem lifting her using the battery. Easy to adjust the bottom width with a lever to accommodate the wheelchair yet still fits thru house doorways. Quick to fold up and place into SUV. It is heavy but less cumbersome than the wheelchair. She found the flat seat with wooden support too uncomfortable so we use the soft toilet seat with a slide sheet (https://www.amazon.com/LOSCHEN-Tubular-Patient-Transfer-Sliding/dp/B09DYC28MM-5) underneath to assist in positioning her. Note, the lift didn’t reach high enough for our SUV at a 35″ seat height and ended up 2.5″ too short. This is due to fixed distance from the wheelchair seat with the lift at the lowest point. Solved problem by transferring to wheelchair and then transferring to a bench several inches higher so can shorten the straps. Takes longer but getting into a wheelchair van wasn’t quick either.Only negative is the back rest which attaches horizontally instead of vertically. The wheelchair handles are in the way until I lift her up. She can stay upright so this isn’t an issue.Customer service has been excellent too. I had several questions before spending $1300 and response was quick and thorough. Overall, solved our problem of getting into the SUV safely and at a much more reasonable cost than the alternatives.

It works great but the seat is very HARD
This worked great for getting my husband outa bed and in his wheelchair.Only thing, He got tired of sitting real fast because the seat is way too hard.
