    I had bought one that was from a different company but the hook was small and flimsy.. this product is awesome, assisted me I my pull-ups to do extra 8 and chin-ups extra 6.. I’ve had some wrist issues and wearing this I can’t even tell the difference.. very well made Velcro strap is solid. Well worth the money and great quality.. thank you very much appreciated. Will purchase everything I can from this company!

    Very good just know what you are getting
    It’s all in the name “hooks”. These will not allow you any tactile sensation of the bar when performing lifts. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing but you should know that before ordering. These are the most comfortable hooks out there and they are very well constructed. If you have nerve damage or an injury or ok with not have the feel of the bar then these are the ones to get.

    Way better than straps, Especially on drop sets
    These are great for back and Trap days. You can really heap on the weight on shrugs, Pull downs and Lat pulls.I like these better than straps as it takes just a second to hook on the bar and get going.Especially when you are doing drop sets, Having to re wrap straps every time is annoying.Lost my first pair so just ordered some more.My only concern is really haven’t figured out how to wash them yet. they stink

    Does a great job of taking the weight off your fingers when doing heavy lifts. Might like them even better if the hooks were a slightly tighter curve to allow me to have a more natural grip on the bar.

    Surprisingly good it’s legit.
    This is not a BS review or a fake person just doing this for a friend.I actually enjoyed using the product it helped me out well in the gym.So Once I saw these claw/cuffs things on the wrist straps I felt a bit skeptical. But tried them out with my weighted pull up routine just put on 70lb to start off. An it held on perfectly I could just hang there and focus only on the pulling motion/isolate the muscles being worked. This allowed me to push to failure rather then my grip strength giving out 1st.With this I can improve much more quickly by getting those last 1-3 reps that triggers that response for your body to want to grow/adapt.I haven’t tried this on lat pull downs rows Or even deadlifts but if it’s a pulling motion it should work just as well.Now the only thing u need to pay attention about is if you decide to do pull ups or weighted ones make sure the bar isn’t to high as you might get stuck up there with the cuffs on the bar hanging. Thankfully I had a box/stool underneath me. As I thought this would happen and kinda laughed when i turned out to be right.as the bars at my gym are quite high and I don’t wanna jump up or fall down with 70lb or more on my leg joints every time.
