    Keeps the arms and forearms toned
    No need to go to a gym and pay $$ to stay in shape. I like this thing but would like it better if the grips were 2″ in diameter instead of 1″. What I do when I use it is wear gloves and grab the inner part of it when I turn it, which is 2x the diameter, it’s easier to grip that way. The rubber grips tend to want to slip if you don’t grab onto them hard enough.

    This is what I was looking for to strengthen forearm for rehab after an ulna fracture. I have used a similar one in physical therapy and wanted to be able to use at home. It’s perfect other than the fact that the handles are not padded and cause blisters in the web space between my thumb and index finger. I am looking for suitable tube padding to cover the handles so that I can continue to use it. Update: I was able to find some foam tubing and now this works beautifully. I bought the foam tubing size 28 mm internal diameter, 38 mm outer diameter and it fits the handles perfectly. No more blisters!

    I really enjoy this forearm exercise. It is super easy to use! Easy to add or remove weight, the build quality is solid and the rope is a reasonable length. I am 5’11 so it feels a little long but it works just the same anyway and it motivates me to not allow the weight to touch the floor giving me a better burn. The price is right and it works just fine. A great addition to a home gym or to start down a new healthier road. I do recommend this product!
