The best!
Okay, so this thing is expensive. I know, but it is most definitely worth it. I researched this and a handful of other pull up bars and this is something I’m surprised the calisthenics community doesn’t talk more about. It is in fact easy to assemble. Although, due to the size and shape, having someone give you a hand makes it easier. The instructions are very clear and the manufacturer has videos on YouTube, showing how to construct this magical piece of equipment. It is very adjustable. If you are tall, like myself, this is wonderful and can be made so that your toes do not touch the ground. Most door frame bars and free standing bars never seem to be quite the right height, or are a bit flimsy. This build is very sturdy and be reduced in size as well to perform bar rows and dips.I also use rings in my training and herein lies a bit of a issue. Unless you are doing almost completely horizontal rows, the pull on the rings will tip over. This is only something I have encountered doing ring rows at a high angle. This is easily fixed by weighing down one or both floor bars. Otherwise no tipping over or wobble. My only other caveat would be maybe find some locking pins to use on the side support bars, instead of the bolts that come with the bar. It would just make it a little easier and quicker than having to finger loosen the nut. But definitely not that big of a concern.Despite the very few small critiques, I think this bar is near perfect.

Solid and sturdy
This is actually a really nice set up!! Much sturdier construction than I believed I was purchasing. (Definitely with the extra cost.) Solid and heavy, so it’s rather stable on its own. I bought sandbags to add stability, but I don’t think I will actually need them anytime soon. (Additional weighting recommended by the manufacturer if you intend to swing on it.) Not super complicated to set up, but be mindful during assembly that there are two lengths of the bolts pertinent to proper assembly. Once set up, very easy to fold up and move out of the way. Definitely flexibility is adjusting height. All around this product definitely delivers on what it claims to provide!!

SOLID! I am very happy
I am over 6′ and 200 lbs and this thing is ROCK SOLID… I feel totally confident working out and it’s both well made and well packaged, so it thankfully arrived in perfect condition. I was a little worried about such a large heavy box, but they thought it out well and it arrived with no damage.I like calisthenics and don’t want to go or pay for a gym membership, so this paid for itself soon enough. I a paired it with some adjustable “gymnast rings” and can do a nice variety of exercises well beyond your typical pull ups / chin ups… this thing will last a lifetime and it was simple to assemble and everything from the powder coating, the nuts & bolts and the rubber pads to keep it steady are all of great quality.I can’t walk by the thing without doing at least some hanging stretches a few times a day too… love it.

Just received the product and it works very well for us
Quick facts about the product what are you looking to know and want to know when you read the review.1. It went together quickly and had a few extra parts rubber footing. Comes with the pipes a bag of bolts and instructions.2. You can adjust this in several ways we have eyes adjusted not so far out and we using sandbags just to currently, when we start to get a little bit better will widen the rack and get four sandbags.3. Stability is good has to be adjusted Front and back, The machine is a little sloppy left to right. But it’s not meant to be used left and right pulling it. Using it front to back with sandbags is really good without the sandbags is also really good but if you really pull on the bar it might hop a little without the sandbags. Overall for a product at folds up and is portable this is a really good deal.4. Sturdiness instability is really good for this movable portable product. You can’t compare it to full gymnastics bar that is tied down to the floor this one is movable and it does move a little bit but overall is very sturdy and does the job very well.5. Putting it together was fast everything works good and if anything goes wrong we will update with you later. One note is the top pole was a little off not bad but it is a few centimeters very few pieces of paper off on the inner top bolts. It’s just the support bolts that stop the inner pole from moving too far that’s the pole that’s loose not the outer pole that’s bolted down.Hope the review helps others in judging if they want to buy this or not, we would recommend it it’s a good product and thanks to the hats off to the guy that made it.

During the COVID crisis (still happening as I write), I needed something to workout on because my gym is closed. When I have no access to a gym I usually like to do weighted calisthenics (weighted pull ups, weighted ring dips, etc). At 6’2”, ~210 lbs I need something sturdy, especially if I’m hanging on it with weight. Normal pull up bars that attach to the door frame might work, but I don’t want to damage anything in my condo and I don’t feel safe attaching weight to myself with these products. I also want a product that can be easily stored and disassembled in case my gym re-opens and I don’t need it much anymore. Furthermore, I needed something that shipped fast because I don’t want to lose any gains.Luckily I found the KT pull up bar on amazon. I have no idea why this hasn’t been invented by anyone else because it is a great idea and easily meets all the requirements I was looking for. It is completely sturdy, easy to build, collapsible with quick assembly/disassembly and to boot it was sent extremely fast with fedex. So far I’ve only done pull-ups and ring dips on it without weight, but the sturdy feel it provides hints that it will have no problem when I attach weight to myself. I will edit this review if I find any problems, but so far everything is precisely what I wanted.I would recommend this product primarily for people close to 6ft or taller because when assembled it can be quite tall (mine is set around 7ft and this is comfortable for me). While the height can be shortened, this makes the base wider and it can take up a lot of space in the room. I believe there is a smaller KT pull up bar which might be better for people that don’t want it this tall. So keep that in mind before you order.

I have to tell you that this pull-up bar/trapeze bar is of ultra quality (and yes perhaps a little pricey, but WELL worth it!) It can be used/employed in ways beyond your imagination!—including gymnastics rings as just one example. But don’t be afraid of the sheer weight of it, putting it together; it’s rock solid. If you’re a teenage girl for example (whom I picture using this for some reason, gymnastics/acrobatics etc. (although not limited to)— of course fitness enthusiasts, body building barbarians etc., (it holds nearly 800 lbs.) Girls I will address on this one, don’t be afraid to spend and save up the money on this one; put it in your bedroom! The sky’s the limit with this; or I guess the ceiling. I’m very happy with mine. Ask any questions if you want.

This pull up bar frame is high quality, and made from very solid metal materials. The instructions were simple to follow, and assembly was neither complicated, nor time consuming. I’m very satisfied with the sturdiness of the frame, and really appreciate being able to do full extension pull ups without my feet touching the floor. Highly recommended if you are looking for a more versatile solution beyond the doorframe pull up bars that are out there.

Worth every penny! I mainly do calisthenics workouts and with the gyms being closed and having restrictions I needed a way to continue my body weight workouts and after doing some research I came across this. So easy to put together and break back down. I haven’t tried muacle ups with it yet but I’m certain that it will do the job perfectly. So far the pullups and chinups have been amazing using this setup. Better than most gym setups which have the curved bars. Don’t waste your money on the door pullup bars and make this investment and you’ll be happy with the long term gains you make with it.
