Great set for standing desk setups
Love the build of the footers. The mats are great and crucial for maintaining stability and enhancing the durability of the plastic elements. I can really feel the workout and experience a constant sense of dynamic movement and awareness of my stance. A fantastic, smaller, and innovative alternative to traditional standing desk accessories.

  2. Diane Ensminger

    balance / rocking trainers
I’m hoping to develop better balance. That is what they are for, isn’t it? Why do you have ,”Pain Relief ” above to rate? Are they supposed to be for pain relief? I thought they were to learn balance. I have to be very careful and hold on to a tightly so I don’t fall. You need to tell people to put them on a rug, not on a wood or tile floor that is slippery especially for those who need more balance. Need better instructions enclosed. You need to see how they work for middle aged and older people who are the population who need this product. All you have sent is some suggestions for movements when using them but nothing about holding on or preventing slipping while using.

  3. Meg

    Excellent for ankle rehab
Bought these to help with range of motion and strength for post ankle surgery. My PT says they will help to. They’re easy to bring to office or anywhere you go so your rehab doesn’t stall.

  4. Stephanie

    Nice product
I tried already! It’s a good piece of equipment to have for ankle strength, stability, & balance! I will recommend it for people that practice any kind of sports. Only one recommendation, add a bag or pouch so we can carry it to the gym

  5. Carina

Weird dipped top surface creates limitations
As a fitness instructor & prop lover I check out a lot of things and was hoping these would be good for people standing and working as well as training purposes. These consist of a grey plastic disk you lay down and then place the blue disk on top to have it stick to the grey surface as well as protecting whatever floor you’re on. The body and shape made of plastic is similar to other spin boards you can get in a larger form but these are good because they are smaller and separated so you can work training 1 leg or 2. The range is somewhat limited but the biggest issue is the dip in the top pad so your foot has to rest/balance on the edges of the disk and is not flat as other products (fitterfirst, etc) so this is limiting to barefoot/near barefoot work and smaller feet. I liked the instability of course but felt this could be provided by other products within this price point that would allow the use of the whole foot. OPTP products always look like such great ideas but the actual products very hit or miss. This is a miss.

  6. Rhonda

    Great for strengthening ankles
These work well for strengthening ankles and increasing movement in the foot. Can be ised sitting to standing – depending on your balance and strength. Surprisingly, they do not slide – even on hardwood….

  7. kim

    not for me
i was excited to strengthen my ankles but it was nothing like i thought it would be it was difficult to use and my physical therapy the old fashion ways did a better job. i do not recommend.

  8. Anthony Bucciarelli

    Alright
Didn’t work on what I needed them for

  9. Amazon Customer
