Great for a person with paralysis on half of their body, long lasting battery
This was delivered much faster than anticipated and i just could not wait to say how simple it was to put together. As we put it together i learned how to easily fold it to transport it in the car. We tested it out for a few hours outside and let me just say the battery still said full after we used it for a long long time at-least two hours. This is perfect for my father who has paralysis in half of his body and only has function on his left side because when you press the handle it goes and when u let go it brakes and you can easily adjust the speed and reverse. We really enjoyed it and so far love the battery life. I also want to add, you can easily bend or remove the arm rests to move the person on and off of it its very sturdy and just overall very good quality so far.

Buyer Beware they do not stand behind their product
I purchased this for my husband prior to a family vacation so he would be able to get around comfortably,he has several health issues , when we arrived out of town (we had only received this a few days before leaving) we went to use it and the battery would not stay charged so we charged it again thinking maybe we didn’t let it charge long enough ,so after charging we went to use it again and it died with in minutes of use being we were out of town and needed it so I took it to a local shop it see what the issue was they ran diagnostics on it and it had several dead cells in the battery being we needed it I had no choice but to pay $160 to get it fixed I contacted the company looking for some type of reimbursement for their faulty item and their response was there is nothing wrong with our batteries …really? Clearly there was something wrong with the batteries it would not keep a charge and when test showed dead cells in the battery they responded with we will give you $20 …..$20 I had to come out of pocket for $160 to fix their faulty item and all they wanted to reimburse me was $20 they were extremely rude and kept insisting there was nothing wrong with their item…. Just want to let people know if you plan on purchasing look elsewhere for another company that backs their products

Great investment
My mother has been slowly loosing her mobility last several month. She’s always been on the go and very active in her grandchildren’s lives. I got this for her to give her some independence back. It’s been one the best purchases ever. She can go almost anywhere now, from the baseball fields to dance recitals. It’s easy for her to maneuver and drive. It is comfortable and rides smoothly. It’s not much bigger than a traditional wheelchair, so she can easily park it and not block isles and lanes. It’s let her have some of her freedom back. The battery life has been amazing so far. She charges it completely every night, and it (usually) lasts the entire day. Assembly was fairly simple, my husband had it ready to go within an hour. It’s faster than expected. But nothing over the top. Has definitely been worth every cent and then some.

I bought one with the controls that my father had a hard time controlling it, this one is easy to control. Even with the easy controls they have all the tools the beep and the control for forward and backwards. They have lights beside the sides so we can see the road clear they have the handles beside the seats on the sides which makes it very safe. They have the fast mode and the slow mode. The chairs can be adjusted to the height that’s comfortable. Very nice very demure.

Great Scooter for the money !
This is a pretty awesome scooter for the price. We got it for my aunt who is elderly and has any problem so it serves the purpose of getting her around everywhere. The scooter works very well it goes pretty fast for mobility scooter. The design is Sleek and efficient the brakes work really well the storage capacity is okay but could be better it’s just a small basket. It is very easy to use and it’s very easy to fit in a trunk even of a small car. I gave it four stars instead of five because my aunt is complaining of a weird noise that it started making right away. I can’t describe it the only way I can describe it is like this: it has started to sound like the older shopping scooters at Walmart with the weird sound every time the wheels turn. It sounds like it’s coming from the back and it’s like a weird plastic scratching sound like if there’s something sticky on the wheel and every time it rolls it makes a consistent sound every time the sticky part touches the ground. I don’t know that’s the best I can describe it. Maybe I will add a video later.
