I wasn’t sure about this little HXD-ERGO land mine end cap, but it works great!It saves time, over setting up the land mine elbow (also have one).Simply leave this on your bar end.Funny thing is if using weights on Olympic bar, you can simply leverage on the mounted plates for shoulder work out, or lawnmower pulls.However, if you want to go higher, and lift at a steeper angle, you’ll need to use this HXD-ERGO or Landmine Elbow.The HXC-ERGO saves time, and is really quite stable, at least for 25-45lb plates.Better if you have a wall corner to leverage it, but seems to work ok on flat concrete, ground, or turf mat, as well with care.Comes in box, with instructions.Highly recommend!Will follow up review in some months, to see about longevity, and if cracks or tears from wear and tear or weather.

This type of product has probably been available in the market for a while yet it’s the first time I’ve seen it, thanks to Instagram. I’ve used this product twice so far for Landmine 360 and Landmine Squat routines. Product was easy-on, easy-off the barbell. I can hardly wait for my upcoming workouts because there’s so much versatility for doing rows, a variation of Romanian deads, shoulder press and more. At my crowded gym, stations (both machine and free weights areas) are often taken. Now I can find a barbell, a secluded area and get in a zone without the frustration of wanting to use a station where someone is there texting on their phone. In terms of how the product performs, I read another review where the product does not grip the floor well and easily moves. That, thus far, is not my experience, though admittedly, I’ve only used it on a matted floor, not artificial turf or tiled floor. Another thing that I love is that this product conveniently fits in my gym bag and my work travel bag, making it a great addition to all my gym accessories – belt, lifting wrist straps, resistance bands, etc. In terms of price, I think it’s super affordable. While there are higher and lower priced ones available right here on Amazon, I haven’t really discerned potential differences in all the products. As a consumer, I don’t expect this product to last forever – wear and tear will happen. That said, if I get a year or two out of it, the value will be well worth my money. I recommend.
