ACCESSORIES (cane holder & cup holder) very helpful; love how it folds & rolls
I thought I’d attach a short video to this review that shows:- the (optional) cup holder- the (optional) cane holder (which is 2 parts: a little tray/base for the cane tip to rest on at the bottom, and a cane clip at the top (both swivel).- how I’m able to roll the walker myself through a “squeeze” point in my small house, all by myself! :-)I thought I’d need help lifting the walker from one part of my house to the other, so I thought I’d only be able to use it in half my house at a time without assistance. But I don’t have that problem, because I realized this walker still rolls and is pretty stable even when it’s folded up. You don’t have to pick it up to move it when it’s folded. I can make it narrow when needed while I’m walking with it by just pulling the little handle on top of the seat to fold it up, and continue pushing it along. No lifting required to move it is super helpful for me—and the strength required to lift up the handle & fold it up is, I’d estimate, just around the strength it’d take to lift a 5-lb bag of flour in a tote bag. So I think you should be able to fold this walker up yourself if you can lift a bag of flour.I should say, however—I do not need the walker for any significant balance issue. That might be a different story. I need it to help take some weight off of my hip, following a total of 3 hip surgeries on both hips. I don’t use it for complete non-weight bearing, just partial weight bearing (i.e., limping). I alternate it with a cane. I think if you needed to be completely non weight-bearing on a leg (i.e., either have your leg swinging in the air or putting almost no weight on it), this type of rolling walker would not be appropriate, because you’d need it to stay put for stability. (Disclaimer: always discuss this stuff with your doctor or P.T. of course, to make sure you’re being safe and not hurting your body.)As for the accessories (sold separately):These are super helpful. I noticed them on the same Amazon page as the walker. Only the Drive accessories will fit this walker (for the most part), because it’s a different shape than most rolling walkers, which are made from round metal pipe. This walker has wide, flat metal parts, which require specially shaped accessories to clip onto it.Cup holder – it works well for most “standard” size water or soda bottles, or a big travel cup that is tapered at the bottom—basically it’ll probably hold a drink if your car’s drink holder will hold it. It swivels to the front and back, which helps to not make the walker too much wider (it might end up making it about 2” wider, though, even when folded to as “low profile” as it goes). It clips on anywhere on the side of the walker (the colored metal part). It also has a cutout which will allow a cup with a handle to fit nicely. The cane holder – like the cupholder, the cane holder made for this Nitro walker clips onto the colored metal side of the walker. I was able to position both the cupholder and the cane holder to go on one side, so that I wouldn’t make my walker any wider than it needed to be. The cane holder nicely fits a standard metal cane firmly—however, I cannot clip one of my crutches onto it, because the tubing on most crutches is a little bit thicker than a cane. But the cane holder is extremely helpful, since usually, I need or want to leave my walker for short periods to access small spaces, and I don’t like to be without a cane when I’m using the walker.Overall, I am very satisfied with this walker. I am able to use it outside, it has no trouble with its large rubber wheels going over rounded curbs, cracks in the sidewalk, uneven pavement, grass, etc. It’s also very stable. The seat is cushioned, but a bit hard. There is no storage under the seat where it lifts up, by the way. The only storage is in that little quilter “leather like” bag in the front of the walker. If I was going to change one thing about this model, it would be to have that storage bag up higher, because I have trouble bending forward that far down, so it’s not very useful for me. It would also be nice if you could easily change out that bag with something else—for example, a basket or other open type container. However, the bag cannot be switched out for a different bag (because the bag has to fold up too whenever the walker folds up)—so you should know that it’s not changeable. The seat is also not completely flat, it is a little rounded on the sides—so a tray of food might be a little unstable if placed on top of it. I would say don’t plan on putting a tray of food on this walker, unless you rig something up on top of the seat cushion to somehow make the tray remain more stable when you push the walker.I think the brakes are a little hard to push, although they are adjustable. If you have a lot of weakness in your hands, you might have some trouble using these brakes a lot. If you flip the brakes down, it locks the brakes, which is a great feature. The seat, as I mentioned, is a little on the hard side, but it’s fairly comfortable. The backstrap, which is the thing that says “drive” on it (in embarrassingly large embroidered letters), is very comfortable when sitting. The walker really is a bit of a “showpiece” when using it in public. Well, I guess at any age, we have to hold our heads up and be proud of our mobility and independence (remember, nobody is completely independent, regardless of how healthy they are), so I say let your walker flag fly proudly, and just use the compliments to help encourage others to acquire or use their own mobility devices to maximize their health, comfort, and freedom of movement.I hope this review and video helps someone out there to sort out which walker works or doesn’t work for them. It’s a big world to navigate, and hey, it’s a lot of reviews to read, but at least we have a plenty of choices about how we roll! 🙂

Handome, handy, quality-made, durable, well-balanced and relatively easy to use rollator
This is a physically beautiful piece that will garner you endless compliments and questions but in addition, will do a very fine job of getting you where you want to go safely and comfortably. It is easy to work/walk with over lots of different terrain – smooth, rough, concrete, grassy – in wet and dry. It has very good brakes which are manually operated of course so personal effort is involved though not too much is needed to be effective. There is a comfortable enough seat and a flexible storage unit in front under that seat. It moves smoothly and effortlessly and has held up so far – six months or more so far – under usage in various settings including in my garden/landscape where I can transport some gardening tools and rely upon it for my personal stability and safety. The seat is strong [I’m 6’1″ and 225 lbs] and reliable and provides a nice place from which to take a break. A quality piece which I would not hesitate to recommend. Not the least expensive conveyance but one of the best non-motorized out there as far as I have thus far seen.

A very stable rollator!
I was looking for a very stable rollator as I am recovering from ankle surgery. I researched and found this one with the wonderfully stable wheels. I’ve used a lighter weight rollator with much smaller wheels. ThisDrive Medical RTL10266BL-HS Nitro Rollator is just what I need. It is sturdy and steady. I love that the height is very easy to adjust with blue “buttons” on each handle. By pressing these it is easy to adjust the height…either lower or higher. I made mine higher so I’m not bending over to use this. The brakes are very strong, but easy to release The back is comfortable. It is easy to fold, but it is a bit heavier than the smaller rollators. Now the CONS: 1. The seat, while comfortable is **rounded**, and the handle to fold it is in the middle. This is a problem. Most rollator users like to put a tray or a cup of coffee or tea on the seat for transporting to a chair. I have a ridged silicone disk (the size of a dinner plate) that I put on the seat. It doesn’t move so I am able to transport my lunch or coffee to my chair. Without this silicone thing, a cup or plate would just slide off due to the slick finish of the divided seat.2. The “carrier bag” which sits in the front of the rollator, in front of the seat. It is difficult to put anything in it. I prefer the seats that are **flat** and lift up to show a place to put stuff….like my purse, a tablet or whatever you need.Still, the seat and bag can be dealt with. Not a deal breaker for me.I live in a smallish home and have no problem getting to where I need to go with this. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom.I bought this rollator mainly for stability and it certainly is that! I’m happy with my purchase if you need a stable rollator, this is it. It is “The Cadillac of rollators

Heavy duty
This is a good sturdy walker. Fashion color. Big wheels. But, it’s heavy, due to the big wheels it sometimes is difficult to move. The wheels turn sideways and lockup and it won’t move.It is a good looking walker. But it’s weighty, well made, substantial. Just be mindful of the weight limit. I’ve kept it in spite of my concerns because I like it so much. But I may have problems moving it since it’s so heavy. I have a lightweight walker just in case

Awesome
Got this for my aunt because she kept having cheapy walkers sent to her. They were poor quality and unstable. This item however, is sturdy and has big wheels to go over the roughest ground and has good solid brakes. Seat is strong but comfy. Back rest (strap) is thick and durable. Big storage area in the front for a large purse. People make comments about how high end and fancy it is but I know its mid range. I don’t even care about the price because it is absolutely worth every penny. My mom may need one soon and I will not hesitate to buy another one.

Best purchase ever! So, like many of you, I cruised the website for options, read the reviews and visited physical stores. I kept coming back to this model Nitro Deluxe Euro Style, and can say I am SO pleased with my choice! It came right out of the box ready to roll! Isn’t it a beauty?I did look at the model with the webbed seat, but this firm seat it both pleasing to look at and comfortable. Many complained that their parent kept ‘sliding off’. I can only think they may have been a larger person, as I find it perfectly stable and I am not at all a smaller version! I also like how the handle is recessed so you have a smooth seat and could probably sit for longer sessions on this one.The back rest is nice and large and comfortable, as opposed to some that are a metal bar. and Look how nicely it folds up and stays closed, taking up a very slim storage space. Notice the purple tag? Don’t forget to attach a luggage tag with your contact info – wouldn’t want to loose this baby!I love it, and while it was the pricey model, I am so happy with my final choice.

Muchas gracias Amazon!

This walker is really nice. Purchased for our grand mother. She loves it. Has a removable storageBag and it’s super easy to fold in and out. Brakes are strong and the seat is very comfortable. Definitely glad we got the higher model as the seat is much more comfortable on this one. Height is adjustable as well as the back rest. Wheels are nice and large for easy maneuverability
