Better than expected.
Living with MM is a crippling challenge everyday. This table meets and exceeds my expectation. Simple to assemble. I was able to put it together in a wheelchair. Very easy to adjust. Just know there is a small wing nut to loosen after that table adjust up and down with ease the casters are good, easy to push around.The table works for me.

I bought this to have in my room for after my surgery. And I assembled it quick. It took like 15 minutes. Some tool were included which was great only need a cross screw drive. Highly recommend. Great quality and value for your money. The height adjustment is easy to use. And wheels have locks.

Works Well, Looks OK, Arrived with a little damage
Overall I like this table and it is exactly what I need. It is not as nice looking as some of the other styles of overbed tables out there, but it doesn’t look totally hospital-chic. The big wheels are a necessity for me to be able to move it from hardwood floors onto rugs easily. The style with the hidden wheels seemed like it wouldn’t be able to do that easily according to the reviews and I need to be able to move this table around with minimal effort after an upcoming surgery. The lever mechanism is easy to use and the table moves up and down fairly easily. It stays locked in place very well when the lever to move it up and down is no longer engaged. It was easy to assemble and only required a screwdriver – all other parts/tools were included. The only thing on that was missing from the instructions was to loosen the wing nut on the shaft at the very end to allow the table to move up and down. I learned that from another review. My table arrived with some minor damage – a plastic piece near the lever was broken (just cosmetic and easily glued back on) and the rubbery edge around the table surface was dinged up in a couple places. It wasn’t enough damage for me to want to return it. Other than the minor damage, the entire table seems to be very high quality.

So i got this to place near by bed to eat, and to place a mouse and keyboard on when i go to sleep but the over all strength of the table top, and its far edge, leave a LOT to be desired, as well as the mechanism that allows the table to be raised, and lowered to varied height and held up.If a OLDER person were to, say, lean on the far edge of the table, to support themselves, I honestly think the wood COULD infact break causing injury. Worse yet, if they lean on the “supported” end, where it has the bar below it, the table CAN, and WILL (as this HAS happened to me, got a bit dizzy when i woke up and used it to brace myself for a second after standing up) the mechanism, under pressure from X weight, as i wasn’t quite sure how much pressure weight i was putting onto the support at the time, i know it wasn’t to much, will cause the table to lower, and again, being advertised as a “medical” bed, can cause someone to become off center and fall resulting in a possible injury.That said, if used to store books, your meal, drinks, etc, it is quite fine, keep “heavier” items (such as a soda 2 liter, closer to the support bar side vs the far edge of the table to help prevent warping. (something i am worried about in this product as time progresses.)
