excellent
The seller was easy to contact and packaged the bed up for easy set up. I could cut the box open, unlock the wheels and roll the bed off the pallet. The bed is excellent and seems to work better than most hospital beds. It’s low to the ground for short people. With the 5 function, it can sit you up at 90 degree angle. The mattress is surprisingly supportive and comfy. It’s been used for 3 months with no problems. I wish it came with a trapeze bar that can be easily pushed aside.

A great hospital bed for home
This bed is for a family member who has dementia. She is very short, so the lowered bed makes getting into this bed is very easy for her. She had been falling a lot because of the height of regular beds. She can use the remote to move her head and or feet up or down even with her confusion. The incline feature is awesome to help with some medical issues. The foam mattress is firm, yet very comfortable. We thought we would need to get a topper, but don’t need it with this mattress. I have it on hardwood floors and I was worried it would slide. When it is locked, it is very difficult to move. However, it is extremely easy to manipulate when unlocked. Because it raises up so high, I can change the sheets easily and save my back. The price is great for all of the features and we are very happy with this purchase. I would strongly recommend this bed for both the caregiver and your loved one!

Works very good.
I’ve been using this bed for over a year. It has performed very well for my needs. It allows me too get in and out of bed without assistance. My only complaint is that the mattress cover has torn with use.

Do Not BUY!
I bought this bed because of all the ways I could operate it with the controller. I have had it for 2 months now and it’s been uncomfortable from day 1. I should have sent it back, but I was in no condition physically or mentally to do so within the 30 day parameters. It’s impossible to sit up in this bed. It’s definitely NOT like the ones used in hospitals and extended care facilities. I would not recommend this bed for anyone.

Wonderful
I’m not sure why I did not think to come here before! I have paid more than the cost of this bed over the past 3 years of renting one and it was not as comfortable nor did it have as many features. With the touch of one button, the head and foot rise to a comfortable position for lounging. Push another button and it flattens out for sleeping, once more, and you can raise it to the proper height for caregivers or lower it for patients who may have trouble and need less distance between bed and floor. The time between ordering and delivery was also amazingly fast. Good job all around.
