This product came with a broken off knob and I had to contact manufacturer and send in a photo of the damage which was not too difficult to do. They gave me a discount applied to my original billing . The item was too large and too heavy to try and return. With that being said the hoyer is somewhat difficult to move from one place to the nextâ¦it is very heavy on top of thatâ¦.it willMost likely serve the purpose but it is not an enjoyable piece of equipment to useâ¦.
